The Seoul Metropolitan Government held the 3rd Urban Planning Commission's Authorized subcommittee and approved the 'Decision on the Reconstruction and Maintenance Plan' of Jamil Jugong 5 Complex Apartment and Economic Consideration.
Jamsil Jugong Complex 5 currently consists os 6491 households in 28 buildings. The site is near Jamsil Station and adjacent to One World Tower, the tallest building in South Korea. Tower heights range from 35 to 70 floors.
The project was designed by Paul Quinn Davis of DRDS in collaboration with Tomoon Architects in Seoul, Korea.
